We support PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown files. Our system automatically extracts Q&A pairs from your documents using multiple parsing strategies.
Most bots can be set up and deployed within an hour. The time depends mainly on how much content you need to review and approve.
Features
Grounded answering means every response is based on your verified Q&A pairs. The bot quotes or paraphrases your content - it never makes things up.
When confidence is low, the bot refuses politely and suggests related topics from your knowledge base that might help the user.
When you upload content, we detect contradictory information in your knowledge base. Conflicts must be resolved before the bot can serve that content, ensuring consistency.
Privacy & Security
No, by default we don't store chat transcripts. You can optionally enable logging with configurable retention periods if you need conversation history.
All data is stored in EU-based data centers. We use Azure infrastructure with PostgreSQL for secure, encrypted storage.
Yes, you can export all your data as JSON at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data with one click.
Billing
Each bot is a separate monthly subscription. You're billed at the start of each billing cycle. Bots are disabled until payment is confirmed.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your bot will continue working until the end of the current billing cycle.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of subscription start. We allow one refund per account per month.
